
Fitness a simple word but every individual has their own meaning of fitness in their life style. For many people it might be for losing weight or gaining weight, and some people want fitness to gain muscles and have strength in their body and mind so everyone has their different perception regarding fitness. And that is totally acceptable so here questions comes that what you imagine yourself as a fitness category. Fitness does not mean physically but is it also important for mental purpose also. Both your mind and body should be physically fit and fine. To live a better lifestyle.
Here are the five basic rules that every individual should follow if you want it fit body and mind
# Rule No. 1 – Think about yourself first.
This is a very basic rule for every individual that you have to think about yourself that were you stand physically and mentally, in upcoming year what you want from yourself. Try to imagine yourself in a body that you want to achieve. try to make some target for yourself that you want to achieve in few month.
When you have some kind of determination in you then only you can achieve that you want to do. As a beginner you have to take a small step regarding fitness. Never try to jump on a high intensity workout. That might cause injury to yourself. You can include fitness like 30 minute walk or some kind of yoga asana, just try to give some amount of time to yourself only 30 minute or 20 minutes in a day.
#Rule No. 2 – Try to be consist and have a determination.

Always try to be consistent whatever you are doing for yourself. Because everybody has different type of body, many people notice some kind of physical change in themselves very fast and some might not. Never demotivate yourself because it might take some time but it will give you a proper result if you do proper exercise with full of consistency and determination.
#Rule No. 3 – Try to eat healthy stuffs
Many research has shown that proper amount of Nutrition is very important if you want your body should be fit and fine, to include the healthy stuff in your diet, try to eat healthy foods items basically ghar ka khana, include lots of green vegetables and fruit in your diet, and try to avoid maida oil, preservative food and sugar.
You might have some days as a cheat meal but big no-no for cheat days. After all we are human being and we live for eating only, once in a while it’s OK to have a cheat meal.
#Rule No 4 – Drink a lot of amount of water

We all know how importance water in our life. But every time we ignore that part. every adult human being need to consume at least 3 to 4 litre of water in a day. because when your body feel hydrated Then that will show on your face, hair and body. Even if you want to lose weight that will also help us to boost up metabolism. it will help to flush out all the impurity and toxic that is present in your body. So never and ever forget this step to have proper amount of water that your body and mind need
#Rule No. 5 – Have proper amount of sleep
After working out and have proper healthy stuff you also need a proper amount of sleep in a day. Because relaxation of a body is must. Every individual should have at least 7 to 6 hr. of a sleep in a day. So that next day you will wake up with the full of energetic power in you.
